Watercolours, dreams and a little… magic!
Saturday – May 18, 2024, in the building of the Bulgarian school “AZBUKA”, the city of Dublin, the first solo exhibition of Sofia Vankova, a student in the 5th and 6th grades of the school, took place.
The exhibition featured watercolors from the last 4 years, created during online drawing lessons with Yuliana Mihailova - animator and art teacher – https://www.tvorisyuli.bg/ – Sofia, Bulgaria.
The young author was discovered by Dr. Ivo Popov, Associate Professor in the Design Department of the New Bulgarian University, who opened the exhibition and presented her work, and also wished her a successful career, a lot of faith in her own strength and talent, and inspiration.

The event was attended by Her Excellency Mrs. Vanya Andreeva-Malakova – Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Republic of Ireland, as well as by representatives of the Bulgarian community in Dublin, the teaching staff of “AZBUKA” school, the students and their parents.
